Tulsa Air and Space Museum

 

The new location of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, near Mohawk Park, quadruples the capacity of the original location. It houses additional meeting rooms, a main hall, four classrooms, a hands-on learning center, an audio/visual theater, space physics laboratory and an enlarged library and teacher resource center. The facility now features a 43,000-square-foot main museum that attracts local visitors as well as tourists.

 

Attendance with the completion of the facilities is running above estimates of 90,000 per year, with annual revenues of $500,000.00.
