Bixby Stormwater Improvements on Mingo

An improved piped underdrain system was constructed at 141st & Mingo to permit enough water flow to preclude standing water in the channel between rain events. The work was done in connection with Bixby’s Flood Damage Rehabilitation Project, and Vision 2025 funds were supplemented with the city’s Stormwater Management Fund and FEMA funds. Construction was complete in 2022.
