Collinsville Downtown Plaza Improvements

Improvements include the design and construction of plaza areas and enhancements around City Hall in downtown Collinsville.

The War Memorial Plaza at 903 W. Main is a tribute to veterans, and includes two bronze sculptures, one of which is surrounded by a granite plaque for each of the five military creeds.  The memorial was completed with a dedication in November 2016 and is located next to the old American Legion Building, which was also renovated with Vision 2025 funds.

Other improvements included an area near 12th & Main, where a plaza and  parking lot were built next to City Hall.
