The Route 66 Master Plan of Development and Market Research was completed in February 2006.
It identifies priority projects that are funded, as well as additional projects that were desired but not funded. It recommends a marketing approach based on demographics and assets in comparable cities. It included (separately) extensive structural analysis of Avery Route 66 Memorial Bridge.
