Sand Springs Keystone Corridor Redevelopment

Project Description:

The 30-acre development is between Highway 97 and Adams Road east to west, and Morrow Road and Second Street to the south and north. Originally named River City Crossing, the developing shopping center is now River West Development.

The relocated O’Reilly Auto Parts facility was open for business on July 31, 2012.  A Starbucks and Holiday Inn Express opened in 2015, and sidewalks and streetlamps were installed throughout the development.
